You do not know how hard it is on the family when they do not have hearing aids working. Cliff Lawson took his aids in to be clean and I do not know what happen but this new guy??? did not do something right and took it back and them we have nothing so help??????

I am disappointed in Miracle Ear, we always got good help when we need it, but since you dicided to cut back on you people it has went down hill. Hendersonville NC My Husband has been without his for a week because no one is in the office. When John was their he was a great one that worked with my Husband and he love the ears but now we need help. When you have a 10,0000 stuck into this you should get better help, You need to go back to the old way.

I am very disappointed in Miracle Ear. The Carmel Mountain Office in San Diego CA was very responsive until I said I did not want to purchase them. Now I can not get John to call me back and I have received a bill for the $4000 quoted me. He did call at the 30 days and asked how I was doing but did not mention this was the final day. 2 or 3 days later I called to tell him I was not getting $4000 dollars worth of hearing, he argued with me and said he could not get me a refund. I have called him several times and he has returned several calls but with no answer to whether I can get my refund. It has now been 2 weeks since I have heard from him. I have these hearing aids and a $4000 bill. I will never do business with Sears or Miracle ear again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with either. I will be calling my lawyer tomorrow. Don’t do business with the Carmel Mountain, Carlsbad or Escondido Miracle Ear. They are all owned by the same person, John.

I agree with your writeup about these con artists. They prey on elderly and many times confused clients who obviously have problems communicating or they wouldn’t be shopping for hearing aids in the first place. My Mom is out almost $5000 for a pair and she still can hear better without them. We went back several times for adjustments during the try out period and after the return ability was over we gave up. They should have taken them back when she listed her problems over and over.

My aunt purchased two hearig aids from these people at Miracle Ear some time ago and she is elderly and both aids stopped working. I live in Virginia, but came to Milwaukee to attend the funeral of her late husband. I wanted to get her hearing aids fixed because without them she can\’t hear. I called the Miracle Ear store where she had purchased them, but this lady (believe it was Gladys Solakian or her receptionist)who answered the phone was very uncooperative and gave me a hard time. I found out later from one of my cousins who also had spoken with this lady some time ago and she felt she also received very poor service. Later that day I took the hearing aids to another vendor and they fixed them both right away for about $30.00. I have recommended to my aunt never to go back to Miracle Ear because of poor customer service. I will also tell anyone I know who has a similar issue never to deal with this Sears affliated vendor.

Hello to whom it may concern,
I am a very dissatisfied customer I have put off contacting you for a long long time until I got a mailing from you for hearing aids, I purchased from miracle aid a pair of the smallest set that fit in the ear canal and you couldn’t see that you were wearing hearing aids and I loved them after wearing them for several years I was in for a problem and the technician couldn’t do some adjustment he yelled at me and belittled me and told me i need new ones i was so humiliated that i said to my self i will never set foot into your office again and i did not purchase a miracle ear hearing aids i went to another hearing aid company.
